This Privacy Notice for Howdy Baby LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our services (“Services”), including when you visit our website at www.howdy.baby, use Howdy Baby, or engage with us in other related ways including any marketing or events.

Howdy Baby (howdy.baby) is a web application that lets expecting parents create a private, shareable webpage to keep family and friends updated during pregnancy and labor. Parents sign up, choose a visual theme, and post status updates and photos as things progress; family and friends view the page via a link, with no account required, and can leave comments. Access to create a page requires a one-time payment; there is no recurring subscription.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. This may include:

• Email addresses
• Contact preferences
• Contact or authentication data

• Estimated due date
• Baby's birth date, time, height, and weight (if entered later)
• Baby's name (if entered later)
• Photos (uploaded images)
• Name (when leaving a comment)

Sensitive information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process health data.

Payment data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. You may find their privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.

All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including to:

This section does not apply — Howdy Baby does not currently offer sign-in via third-party social accounts.

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, generally for as long as you have an account with us, unless a longer period is required by law. When we have no ongoing need to process your information, we delete or anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible. 7. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or are the parent or guardian of a minor dependent and consent to their use of the Services on your behalf. If we learn we've collected data from someone under 18, we will deactivate the account and delete the data.

9. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time by contacting us, or, once available, using the Delete My Account feature in your dashboard. You may also withdraw any consent you've given us for processing your information.

10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals, as no uniform standard for honoring them has been adopted.

11. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive privacy law (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, and others), you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. 12. Development and Support Access

In the course of developing and maintaining our Services, authorized personnel — including, at times, AI-assisted development tools — may access data stored in our systems, including personal information, for the purposes of debugging, testing, and providing technical support. Such access is limited to what is necessary for these purposes.
