Community Guidelines

When using Howdy Baby — whether posting an update, uploading a photo, or leaving a comment on someone's page — you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or hateful toward any person or group
• Upload photos or content you don't have the right to share, including images of people who haven't consented to being shown
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or commercial solicitations unrelated to the family's page
• Upload content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights — see our Terms and Conditions for how to report this
• Attempt to access another family's page or account without authorization
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Services

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to the Services for anyone who violates these guidelines.

Contributions

Some areas of the Services allow users to upload, transmit, or post content (“Contributions”). We may, but are under no obligation to, review or moderate Contributions. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any Contribution you post, that it is true and not misleading, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

You also agree not to post any Contribution that:

• Is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or threatening to any person or group
• Is false, inaccurate, or misleading

Reporting a Breach of This Policy

If you believe any Service, content, or Contribution breaches this Policy or infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, please email us at [email protected] with details of what you believe is in breach and why. We will reasonably determine whether it breaches this Policy.

Consequences of Breaching This Policy

Consequences vary depending on the severity of the breach and your history on the Services. We may give a warning and/or remove the infringing Contribution; for serious or repeated breaches, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services and disable your account. We may also notify law enforcement where we believe there is a genuine risk to an individual or to public safety.

Howdy Baby LLC is under no obligation to monitor users' activities and disclaims responsibility for any user's misuse of the Services. If we become aware that any content violates this Policy, we may, in addition to removing it and disabling the associated account, report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
